Emergency Appointments & Home visits

For all emergency appointments please call the surgery between 8am and 9am for morning emergencies or between 1pm and 2pm for afternoon emergencies. Calling outside of these times will not be classed as an emergency and you will be given the next available appointment. Patients with urgent problems will be given priority and will be seen as soon as possible on the day at the practice or at home if the medical condition so indicates or the patient is housebound. It is up to the GP to decide if a situation is a genuine medical emergency and if a home visit is required.

If no emergency appointment is available our ‘Care Navigators’ may complete a pharmacy referral for you for a call back on the same day.
